Organized and later found in 1377 (1999), the pioneers of this band who at the time consisted of Payam Salehi and Ali Pahlavan, decided to have auditions to add more members to ARIAN. Soon after, the group was formed and ever since then, the original members have remained with the band. Arian was able to have women and men in the same band singing in harmony for all ages of Iranians. They were also able to create pop music which till prior to 1377 was not common in Iran. This band released its first album soon after called 'Gol e Aftabgardoon' or (Sunflower). This hit album consisted of 10 tracks and was one that millions of Iranians all around the world supported and purchased. Arian soon after put on many concerts and promoted its album. The Arian Concerts have always been sold out and people continually want to see this band in action. About a year after, Arian released its second album called 'Arian II'. This album has 12 tracks including some fast beat tracks. Arian has since been working on their third album as well as the first ever Iranian music video. These two items are to be released soon. Herein, Arian Band would like to thank all its fans for making Arian what it is today, and will promise continuing improvements of their music and release of even better and bigger hits.
