Monday's Child Monday's child is fair of face, Tuesday's child is full of grace, Wednesday's child is full of woe, Thursday's child has far to go, Friday's child is loving and giving, Saturday's child works hard for its living, And a child that's born on the Sabbath day Is fair and wise and good and gay.

The statues of Easter Island Easter Island is renowned for the nine hundred massive carved statues known as Moai, some weighing more than fifty tons. Located 2200 miles due west of Chili and 1200 miles east of Pitcairn Island, is a sixty-three square mile island formed eons ago by two volcanoes. Because a Dutch seaman, Jacob Roggeveen, came upon it on Easter Day, 1722, we know it on our maps as Easter Island. Polynesians know it as Rapa Nui. By either name, Easter Island is renow...

1-Today we have higher buildings and wider highways but shorter temperaments and narrower points of view. 2-We spend more but enjoy less. We have bigger houses, but smaller families. We have more compromises, but less time. We have more knowlage, but less judgment. We have more medicine, but less health. 3-We have multiplied our possessions, but reduced our values. We talk much, we love a little and we hate too much. 4-We reached the moon and came back, but we find troublesome to c...

Organized and later found in 1377 (1999), the pioneers of this band who at the time consisted of Payam Salehi and Ali Pahlavan, decided to have auditions to add more members to ARIAN. Soon after, the group was formed and ever since then, the original members have remained with the band. Arian was able to have women and men in the same band singing in harmony for all ages of Iranians. They were also able to create pop music which till prior to 1377 was not common in Iran. This band r...

The clock is ticking. Soon the A*Teens will leave their teen years behind. But that's no problem for the Stockholm-based vocal quartet, who showcase a striking musical maturity on their new MCA album, POP TIL YOU DROP. In its twelve tracks, the album elevates the group to a higher stratum of sophistication, while retaining the same spirit of fun and freedom that made A*Teens one of the world's most popular young bands. Since their 1998 debut, Marie, Amit, Sara, and Dhani have proven ...

Some historians say that Valentine's Day traditions began with the story of St. Valentine, who was a Christian martyr in the third century. While he was in jail before his execution, he became friends with the prison guard's daughter. Before they took him away, he wrote her a note to thank her for her friendship, and he signed it "With love from your Valentine."

In the summer of 2000, Metallica took yet fresher steps towards establishing freedom from convention, proving that it was possible to assemble, and headline, your own stadium tour without promoting a record. Summer Sanitarium, Hetfield's back not withstanding, was a huge success, and anticipation grew as to when the band would hit the studio again. The anticipation was replaced by fear at the turn of 2001 when, after several rumors, Jason Newsted departed the band. No one reason can be fairl...

On September 27th, 1986, that dream was given the most shattering of blows. Somewhere in Sweden on an overnight drive, the bands' tour bus skidded out of control and flipped, killing Cliff Burton. His influence on the musical growth of the band was enormous. Burton combined the DIY philosophies of jamming and experimenting with an acute knowledge of musical theory, and Hetfield in particular found a lot in his playing and personality. It was impossible to imagine Metallica without him. Yet Cliff...

Manually removing MyDoom requires editing the registry as outlined in the following steps: Step 1. Disable System Restore if you're using Windows Me/XP. When you make changes to your system, Windows does a restoration checkpoint. If it does this while the system is infected, it may come back to re-infect later. For Windows XP (http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=283073) or ME (http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=264887) Step 2. Restart the computer in "Safe Mod...
